This project was about visually learning about the different typeface and their designs. We visually look at a letters form and select the part of the form to create a counterform. A counterform is when the negative or white space is enclosed inside a letterform. These are the typeface we used:

fette fraktur lt standard regular
stempel garamond lt std roman
bauer bodoni std 1 roman
rockwell std regular
futura std medium
helvetica lt std roman
platelet
I chose this design, called “Believe”, in b+w because it went well in the frame and surrounding in this mockup. This is a great amount of white/negative space with black letter form. Knows how to look good in a good setting.
Mockup Cover Book - I placed my name on the bottom of the spine and made it white instead of black because I thought the title was important and can be identified. I placed the title in between the spacing of the letter forms to have it's own place. I made the background grey for the cover stand out with its color.
Mockup Large Banner - I wanted my b+w letter form displayed because I thought it might look well with it's surroundings.
Mockup Book - This was my first mockup. I liked where I placed the title, but I would change the spine into a different color and turned it. The number and my name in the corner back wasn't necessary. I also loved this CMY letter form more than the others because it fit well for the cover.
Mockup Soda Cans - I used the soda cans mockup and had two of my CMY letterforms, “Passion” and “Believe”. I love soda and that's why I wanted to use this mockup to see how well the design looked.
Mockup Soda Cans - Wanted to try and enhance the CMY letterforms and my titles italicized with “Release” and “Believe”.
